Rental Contract

Note our standard student pricing:

A. 3 Month Trial- $29/mo.

B. Regular Rental Rate (Month 4 +) 

• Violin: $44.99/month
• Viola: $48.99/month
• Cello: $64.99/month

Non-standard or premium rentals require an additional contract. Pricing subject to change at the discretion of Sixth Generation Violin, LLC.

By clicking this checkbox, you agree with the following:

A. Monthly rental rate includes insurance coverage for damages to an instrument/outfit.

B. Any and all repairs, maintenance and/or alterations to an instrument/outfit must be performed by Sixth Generation Violin.

C. Fifty percent (50%) of the regular monthly rental rate, up to a maximum dollar amount of $500.00, shall be credited toward the purchase of an upgrade instrument/outfit, not including consignment instruments/outfits. Credits toward the purchase of a consignment instrument/outfit will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

D. Credits earned may be forfeited if Renter shall fail to make any payment under this Rental Agreement.

E. If an instrument/outfit is not returned to Sixth Generation Violin at the end of the regular rental term and/or in the event of non-payment under this Rental Agreement, Renter shall be responsible to pay the stated value of the instrument/outfit, plus a ten percent (10%) non-return fee, along with any costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees.
